DENVER – A person died Sunday and two others were taken to hospital following an overnight shooting at an alley in north Denver.
Denver Police tweeted early Sunday morning the shooting took place at an alley in the area of Franklin and Gilpin, near E. 38th Avenue. Responding officers said they found three victims inside a vehicle near the area of Bruce Randolph and Gaylord Streets.
About five hours later, an official with the police department tweeted that one victim had been pronounced deceased.
No suspect information was immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
