DENVER – The man who pleaded guilty earlier this year to taking upskirt photos of a woman at a Denver Broncos game last year will have to register as a sex offender for life as part of his sentence.

In addition to the lifetime registry, 33-year-old Jacob Magee will have to undergo eight years of supervised sex offender probation and will serve 30 days in county jail.

Magee was arrested Nov. 12 last year, about two weeks after he was caught on surveillance video at the stadium taking the photos without the woman’s permission.

Police were able to identify him from the video because he was wearing a Von Miller jersey and had a prosthetic leg.

He pleaded guilty in April to a felony count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification.

Magee had pleaded guilty in 2012 to a misdemeanor peeping Tom charge out of Lafayette.
