DENVER — A man was killed following a shooting in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood Friday evening.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 2300 block of Welton Street, according to DPD tweet. No suspect information was released.
Neighbors told Denver7 the shooting happened in the alley behind the Welton Park Apartments.
The police department tweeted the officers are on scene investigating the incident as a homicide.
No other details were immediately available.
