GREELEY, Colo. — A man convicted of stabbing a motorist during a road rage incident was sentenced Tuesday.

A Weld County judge sentenced Scott Hodson to 20 years behind bars for the March 12, 2017 incident.

Last month, a jury convicted Hodson of attempted murder in the second degree and first-degree assault.

According to court documents, Hodson stabbed the victim multiple times during an altercation over a minor traffic incident.

The victim told police he almost got in an accident with Hodson, at which time Hodson followed him to the intersection of 26th Avenue and 10th Street where the altercation took place.
