DENVER — Police announced late Saturday night that arrest has been made in shooting that killed two men and wounded a woman in Denver early Saturday morning.

Nicholas Dansby, 29, was arrested Saturday and is being held on suspicion of first degree murder (two counts) and one count of attempted first degree murder.

The Denver Police Department tweeted around 5 a.m. Saturday that officers were investigating a shooting at 10000 East Alameda Avenue in the Lowry neighborhood.

The incident occurred at The Ridge at Lowry apartment complex.

Police say three victims — two men and a woman — were transported to the hospital. The two men succumbed to their injuries and were later pronounced dead. The female victim was treated and released.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting and haven't released many details. The arrest affidavit in this case is sealed.

Police say they are not searching for anymore suspects.
