AURORA, Colo. – A man was arrested Tuesday in what police are calling a “suspicious” death in Aurora’s High Point neighborhood.

Keith Zotto, 44, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Tuesday, investigators with the Aurora Police Department said Wednesday evening.

His arrest comes after officers responding to a missing person’s report found a woman’s body inside a home in the area of E. Milan Circle and E. Mansfield Drive at around 12:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Police did not reveal more information about the finding, but said there was no threat to the public.

Zotto will be prosecuted by the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
