DENVER -- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is looking for a child sex offender who failed to register in El Paso County.
Robert Ryan Austin, 48, was convicted of a sex offense against a child in 1990 and again in 2011.
He is 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He is balding but had brown hair and hazel eyes.
