BROOMFIELD, Colo. — A man authorities were looking for in connection to an inappropriate touching incident at a retail store has been linked to an underwear theft case at the University of Colorado Boulder, Broomfield police announced Monday.
On Nov. 27, Broomfield police posted images of a man they say “unnecessarily brushed up against a young girl on a couple of occasions, inappropriately touching her while she was shopping at a local retail store” on Nov. 23.
On Monday, police say the man wanted for the Nov. 23 incident is the same man who was seen on security camera footage breaking into a residence hall in October and stealing women’s underwear.
