COMMERCE CITY, Colo. – A man was taken to a hospital following a bar shooting, and now both Commerce City police and the Adams County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
It happened Thursday at approximately 2:34 p.m. at the Hard Times Sports Bar, located in the 6700 block of E. 80th Ave.
Deputies responded to the scene and found a man bleeding “from an apparent gunshot,” said Commerce City Patrol Commander Charlie Schoepflin.
The commander said that through the investigation, it was determined that the man was in the bar when he was shot.
The adult male victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but his condition is unknown at this time.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
