COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Police are looking for help in identifying a woman they say was possibly kidnapped late Sunday.

The Colorado Springs Police Department said it was informed at 11 p.m. Sunday of a “possible kidnapping” that happened near Memorial Park, in the 300 block of S. Hancock Ave.

Police said the “possible victim” in the incident was seen getting into a vehicle with a white male who was described as 6 feet tall with a thick beard.

The department said it wanted to identify the woman and “check her welfare,” and released surveillance images from a gas station showing the woman.

She is described as a white female in her late-20s or early-30s who is between 5-foot-4 and 5-foot-6, with a thin build and brown hair.

Anyone who knows who the woman is or has knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to call the department at 719-444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 719-634-7867.
