Boulder police searching for more victims after arresting man accused of sexually assaulting child

BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder police arrested a man suspected of sexually assaulting a child and say they are concerned there may be other victims who have not reported the crimes.

Detectives with the Boulder Police Department arrested Ian C. Morrison, 36, of Boulder, on Tuesday on charges of sexual assault, sexual assault on a child, enticement of a child and false imprisonment.

The victim's parents reported the crimes, which happened in 2020, to police.

During an investigation, police said they found that Morrison was in possession of sexually explicit material of children.
