GOLDEN, Colo. — An Arvada tattoo artist is accused of sexually assaulting two female clients, officials said Tuesday.

Austin Michael Heuberger, 26, faces two charges of unlawful sexual contact, according to the First Judicial District Attorney's Office.

The alleged incidents happened at the Ding Bat Tattoo shop, 5777 Olde Wadsworth Blvd., in Arvada, officials said. The assaults allegedly happened while the victims were on a table being tattoed, according to the district attorney's office.

Heuberger was first arrested on one count of unlawful sexual contact on March 17. A second case involving a second victim was filed on Aug. 14, according to the district attorney's office.

Police say there may be other victims in the case. Anyone with information is asked to contact Arvada police at 720-898-6762.
