DENVER — One person was killed and two people wounded in a shooting in Denver early Saturday morning.
The Denver Police Department tweeted around 5 a.m. that officers were investigating a shooting at 10000 East Alameda Avenue in the Lowry neighborhood.
The incident occurred at The Ridge at Lowry apartment complex.
Police say three victims were transported to the hospital where one person was later pronounced dead. The extent of injuries to the other victims is unknown.
Police are investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting and haven't released many details. There is no suspect in custody at this time.
