FRASER, Colo. — Two people were found dead in an apartment in Fraser on Friday evening.
On Friday at 10:11 p.m., officers with the Fraser Winter Park Police Department responded to an apartment on S. Zerex Street in Fraser after the department received a report that two deceased people had been found inside the apartment.
When police arrived, they found a man and woman, both dead with obvious traumatic injuries, the department said.
According to police's initial investigation, a friend of one of the deceased went to the apartment because the person hadn't showed up to work. When the friend gained access to the apartment, he or she discovered the bodies, police said.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is helping with this investigation.
The couple was identified on Saturday as Lucas W. Reilly, 38, and Kristin M. Olson Reilly, 32, by the Grand County Coroners Office. Both lived in Fraser.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the cause and manner of death.
The Fraser Winter Park Police Department is investigating the possibility that this may have been a murder-suicide.
