Task force arrest 17 in massive drug ring bust in Colorado

DENVER — Officials with the Northern Colorado Drug Task Force announced Friday that they dismantled a massive drug ring that operated up and down the I-25 corridor.

Seventeen people arrested in operation were described in a news release as “a well-organized group of repeat offenders who trafficked pounds of Methamphetamine and ounces of Fentanyl and Heroin in Larimer County.”

The investigation into the group began last year. The task force recently executed search warrants in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Northglenn, and Denver and seized illegal narcotics and firearms, including a rifle with a bump stock.

  • Richard Allman, 37
  • Kevin Vadnal, 29
  • Nathaniel Strom, 39
  • Chantele Johnston, 37
  • Lana Volz, 31
  • Dorothea Dezonia, 51

The suspects are facing several charges including organized crime, drug and weapons offenses.
