If you've wanted to stay at one of Colorado's new resorts, you likely had sticker shock at the nightly prices. However, two of the resorts are offering specials.
GAYLORD ROCKIES
Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is offering a locals-only rate of $189 per night. That rate includes parking and is available Thursdays-Sundays during the summer.
The special includes a splash party held Friday-Sundays in the summer with poolside activities, music and dive-in movies.

GREAT WOLF LODGE
Groupon has a special for Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in Colorado Springs. Prices starts at $99 a night between June 25 and August 30 for up to five guests and includes daily passes to the water park.
However, clicking around on the calendar, the only $100 days I could find were in August, and they had a two night minimum.
