Denver's Mayor has declared October 14th as Breakfast Burrito Day and some local restaurants are offering freebies and deals to celebrate:
Illegal Pete's. Get a free breakfast burrito from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Santiago's. Santiago's is rolling back prices on breakfast burritos to $1.25 on Saturday, the same price they charged when they opened in 1990. Limit five at the throwback price.
Asada Rico. The popular food truck on the 16th Street Mall, at Stout Street, is offering $.99 breakfast burritos on Saturday starting at 7 a.m.
