DENVER – Looking for a job with the federal government?

There are several positions in Colorado ready to be filled, despite the recent a hiring freeze ordered by the Trump administration.

USAJOBS.gov, the web portal that serves as the U.S. Government's official one-stop source for Federal jobs, lists more than 250 open positions in Colorado.

President Donald Trump ordered a government-wide hiring freeze just days after entering office, but allowed the Office of Personnel Management to grant exemptions.

Those exemptions include seasonal workers and positions that are crucial to the health and safety of the public.

To apply for any federal job on the site, applicants must first complete a profile. Once the profile is complete, you can search for jobs in a range of categories from several different agencies.
