DENVER – Denver’s newest residential tower is now open.

The Confluence, aptly named because it sits at the site where Cherry Creek and the South Platte River converge, announced its grand opening on Monday.

Thanks to its location on the edge of downtown, the 35-story apartment tower offers unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Front Range and the Denver metro area.

The luxury apartment building is chock full of amenities, including a 24-hour front desk, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, cabanas with fire pits, a chef’s kitchen and catering facility, a maintenance center for both bikes and ski gear, a fitness facility, ground-floor retail space and underground parking.

The building’s website lists rents for studio apartments starting at more than $1,600 and nearly $2,000 for a one-bedroom.
