DENVER – Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has announced the winners of this year’s Mayor Design Awards.
Sixteen projects from across Denver have been chosen for their architecture, design and overall contributions to the city’s look and feel.
From restaurants and businesses to public art and RiNo’s new tiny home village for the homeless, the projects embody what makes Denver unique, Hancock said.
“We are here to celebrate the projects that are getting it right,” Hancock said. “Whether they are big or small, buildings or art, homes or commercial buildings – these projects truly represent the Denver that we know and love.”

- Alchemy Creative Workspace - 66 S. Logan St.
- Shift Workspaces-Bannock - 1001 N. Bannock St.
- Mid-Century House Restoration - 618 S. Monroe Way
- Beloved Community - 3722 Walnut St.
- The Blue Trees - 700 14th St.
- Terraza del Sol - 355 S. Grove St.
- The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block - 1850 Wazee St.
- Seed Building and Addition - 1500 Market St.
- Avanti Food and Beverage - 3200 N. Pecos St.
- The Triangle Building - 1550 Wewatta St.

An awards ceremony to honor the winners will take place tonight, Nov. 14, at the Chambers Grant Salon of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
