DENVER – As the price of housing in the Denver metro area rises, it can be increasingly difficult to find a home in one’s price range.

The median sale price of homes in the area was $375,000 in September. While that’s a slight decrease from the month before, it’s still higher than what it cost to buy a home just 12 months ago.

With that in mind, we decided to see what that median looks like. For the purpose of this list, we looked at homes in the $350,000 to $400,000 range, given that many homes won’t sell for exactly the list price but could end up higher or lower, depending on negotiations.
