DENVER - Kellie Patterson does it all. She's the very talented anchor of our Denver7 morning show and a mom to newborn Charlie. If that's not enough, she's also on a mission to healthily lose the weight gained during her pregnancy.

You might have noticed her posts online, all with the hashtahg #90daysnoxcuses. It's her challenge to herself, our Denver7 team and our viewers to get as healthy as possible.
Even People Magazine is impressed by Kellie's effort. People.com just published a story about her dedication to getting in shape.
Kellie's mission, in her own words:
"Having a baby is the most beautiful wonderful thing I have ever experienced in my life, but I put on 50 pounds doing it. You’re often told that it will 'fall off' once you have the baby, especially if you are breastfeeding, but that’s not true for every woman.
Yes, after my son was born in August 2015 I DID drop a good amount of weight. Then it just stopped! I already eat well, so I knew the missing piece of the puzzle for me was exercise. Once I got back to work, I was just too exhausted to even think about working out, but I knew it had to be done. I knew I needed that extra push to keep the weight coming off.
I heard some of my co-workers express frustration over their exercise habits and energy level and I saw some of my Facebook friends talk about their weight loss struggles, so I said, 'What the heck, let’s do it together.' So I created the #90daysNoExcuses challenge. You work out for 30 minutes a day… every day… for 90 days! Some share their journey on social media, some message me directly, I even communicate with my challengers on text message and it has been so incredibly motivating and inspiring! Best of all it’s FREE! No gimmicks. No “miracle quick fixes.” Just hard work to reach whatever goal you want to set for yourself. My goal is to feel back to myself physically at the end of 90 days!
I have men and women from across the country sharing this journey with me and we all hold each other accountable! Some have lost a considerable amount of weight, some tell me they haven’t felt this good since college, and others have seen a dramatic increase in their energy.
I wanted to do this to prove to myself, and anyone else who wants to make a healthy change, that it CAN be done… over time… in a healthy way! The final day of this challenge is also my birthday and I plan to celebrate this accomplishment with… probably another workout."
