Wild Eggs' Smokin' Hash

3oz diced red skin potatoes roasted

1oz bell peppers (green and red) diced

1oz red/yellow onions diced

3oz diced corned beef

1 Tsp Hash Seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika)

2 eggs

1tsp herb mix

1oz butter/oil mix



  1. Sauté peppers, onions, potatoes and hash until heated throughout
  2. In a separate skillet, cook eggs to your liking
  3. Garnish the hash with herb mix
  4. Serve with eggs on the side
