Tomato Basil Bisque With Honey Smoked Salmon

DENVER - 5oz: Honey Smoked Salmon

2cloves: Garlic, minced

1(6oz)can: Tomato Paste

1(15oz)can: Tomato Sauce

1(10.75oz)can: Tomato Puree

1C: Water

1 1/2t: Dried Thyme, Dried Oregano,

Dried Rosemary, Dried Basil


1T: Herbs de Provence

1C: Heavy Cream

Fresh Ground Pepper

8-10 Leaves        Fresh Basil

Melt butter and sauté garlic. Combine tomato Paste, Tomato sauce, tomato puree and water. Simmer and add spices. Simmer on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Don’t boil. Chop basil add heavy cream and Honey Smoked Salmon then serve.
