    Locations: Civic Center Eats every Tuesday and Thursday. Old South Pearl Farmer's Market 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.

    Background: Nate and Ezra have journeyed the world and are always inspired by the street food culture. With backgrounds in the fine dining industry they decided to elevate street food and push the limits of what can be served on a stick.

    Serves: Fried Mashed Potato Balls, Korean Stick, Italian Chicken Salad, Spaniard Sandwich, and S'mores on a Stick.


    Truck's name: Pearl.

    Locations: Civic Center Eats - Tuesdays and Thursday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. various large office buildings, music festivals, private corporate events, wedding receptions and other private functions, Justice League of Street Food parties.

    Locations: Civic Center Eats - Tuesdays and Thursday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Old Pearl Street Market- Sundays 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., Highlands Farmers Market- every other Saturday- (June 25, July 9 and 23, August 6 and 20, September 3 and 17, October 1 and 15; Justice League of Street Food parties.

    Background: The goal is to put a modern twist on mexican street food, using local products and authentic regional recipes.
