DENVER -- Kids throughout Colorado, rejoice! The biggest snowstorm of this season so far is bringing not only some much-needed snow to the state but also a break from the books.
As a result, several schools will be closed or delayed.

- Byers School Dist. 32-J
- Deer Trail School District 26J
- Kiowa Schools
- Limon School District RE-4J
- Strasburg District 31-J
DELAYED:
- Denver Public Schools - More info. on the delay here.
- Douglas County School District- delayed 90 minutes. Morning preschool and morning kindergarten classes are cancelled.
- Cherry Creek School District is on a delayed start. Elementary schools: 60 minutes; High School and Middle Schools: 90 minutes.
- Adams 12 Five Star Schools- delayed 2 hours
- Westminster Public Schools- delayed 2 hours
- Denver Jewish Day School - delayed 2 hours
