DENVER — Calling all Denver singers: Do you want to join the ranks of Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson?
“American Idol” is opening auditions on Sept. 14 at the Denver Convention Center, at 700 14th Street.
Singers 15 to 28 years old can audition online or in person. Their song of choice at the audition should be performed a cappella or with their own instrument, like a guitar. Artists will need to sing one to three songs.
Registration is required. Those interested can register online ahead of time or in-person on Sept. 14, which should start at 9 a.m. and will continue throughout the day.
Participants must bring a photo of themselves and a valid form of ID, and can bring one person with them.
