1. Easter Sunrise Service at Red Rocks

What: Spending Easter morning bundled up at the Red Rocks Amphitheater Sunrise Service has become a uniquely Colorado tradition. This is the 71st year the service has taken place for Coloradans who practice the Christian faith.

When: Sunday, April 1, 2018 from 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

2. The Urban Farm’s Spring Fling

What: Join the Urban Farm at Stapleton in the chicken pen with poultry and rabbit experts to learn some interesting facts about these farm animals. You can also pet their feathered and furry friends, feed the roosters and hunt for Easter eggs all around the pen.

When: Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

3. Free yoga classes at Denver Bikram Yoga

What: The Denver Bikram Yoga studio is turning two this month and to celebrate the occasion, they’re offering an open house with free classes all day.

5. Celestial Seasonings Factory Tour

What: Did you know you can tour Colorado’s very own Celestial Seasonings Factory for free?  Factory tours run every hour Monday through Sunday.  And every tour includes a whiff of the Mint Room, guaranteed to clear any stuffy nose.  Afterwards, be sure to visit the sampling bar with over 100 kinds of tea to taste.  Note that kids must be at least 5 years old to tour the factory floor.

When: Mondays – Saturdays: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; and Sundays: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

6. Coors Brewery Tours

What: Coors has been making beer in Golden, Colo., since the 1870s. The brewery experience includes a 30-minute self-paced tour highlighting the malting, brewing and packaging processes.

7. Four Seasons Farmers and Artisans Market

What: Farmers’ Markets are generally known to be open for a very limited amount of time in the fall, but that’s not the case for Four Seasons Farmers and Artisans Market in Wheat Ridge, which is open year-round. Come and show for produce, honey, jams and jellies, as well as alpaca wool products, paintings, jewelry and more.
