1. Denver Art Museum Free Day

What: Enjoy free admission to the Denver Art Museum. Note that special exhibitions will require a ticketed admission.

Where: Denver Art Museum, 100 W. 14th Avenue Parkway, Denver, Colo.

When: First Saturday of every month, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

2. Checkout the latest cars at the Denver Auto Show

What: If you want to see the newest in cars, vans, crossovers, hybrids, light trucks, sport utilities and everything in between, then your best bet will be the Denver Auto Show! Sit in the cars, pop the hoods and inspect the trucks, in a no-pressure environment.

Where: Colorado Convention Center, 700 14th Street in Denver

When: Saturday, April 7 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, April 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission: $13 for adults, $6 for children; children under 6 get in free.

3. Get in to the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver for 1 cent

What: Get your fill of art, culture and rooftop drinks for $0.01 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver. You’ll also have the chance to check out their brand new Octopus Initiative library space and enter to win a chance at free museum quality artwork to take home

4. Enjoy the Denver Botanic Gardens for free

What: Spring has sprung!  Get outside and enjoy a free day strolling the Denver Botanic Gardens.

5. Celestial Seasonings Factory Tour

What: Did you know you can tour Colorado’s very own Celestial Seasonings Factory for free?  Factory tours run every hour Monday through Sunday.  And every tour includes a whiff of the Mint Room, guaranteed to clear any stuffy nose.  Afterwards, be sure to visit the sampling bar with over 100 kinds of tea to taste.  Note that kids must be at least 5 years old to tour the factory floor.

When: Mondays – Saturdays: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; and Sundays: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

6. Coors Brewery Tours

What: Coors has been making beer in Golden, Colo., since the 1870s. The brewery experience includes a 30-minute self-paced tour highlighting the malting, brewing and packaging processes.

When: Weekly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Weekly on Sunday from noon – 4 p.m.

7. Four Seasons Farmers and Artisans Market

What: Farmers’ Markets are generally known to be open for a very limited amount of time in the fall, but that’s not the case for Four Seasons Farmers and Artisans Market in Wheat Ridge, which is open year-round. Come and show for produce, honey, jams and jellies, as well as alpaca wool products, paintings, jewelry and more.

When: Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
