1. Jam out at the Blues and Brews Festival in Telluride
What: Renowned as one of the most scenic and intimate music festivals in the country, Telluride Blues and Brews returns for a 26th year in one of the most known mountain town in the country. The multi-stage celebration showcases an eclectic mix of blues, funk, indie, rock, jam-band, gospel and soul music, accompanied by some of the best craft beer the state has to offer. John Fogerty, Boz Scaggs, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic among other big names will be performing.

2. Celebrate Mexican Independence Day at the Fiesta Mexicana in Henderson
What: Mexicans in Colorado know September is a month to celebrate, and Mile High Flea Market is hosting the party this year: Between lucha libre, breakdancing, live music, mariachi, street tacos and more, there’s tons of way to celebrate Mexican Independence Day this weekend!

What: The 10th annual High Peaks Music Festival returns to Westcliffe to showcase the West Mountain Valley’s musical talent. Tom Ratts and Runaway Express, Susan Gibson, The Rifters, Dakota Blonde, among others are performing.

What: Vic Fangio’s former team is coming to the Mile High City to battle the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High. The Broncos will take on the Chicago Bears at 2:25 p.m.
