1. Put on your cowboy boots and head to the Greeley Stampede
What: Head to northern Colorado for the premiere summer western event! There will be rodeo, concerts, a carnival, shopping, food, American bull fighting, and more

2. Take in the color purple at the Colorado Lavender Festival
What: Palisade isn’t just about its peaches! Head over to the town for the 8th annual Colorado Lavender Festival, where you’ll be able to find high quality lavender-inspired booths, products, music, cooking demos, workshops, farm tours and much more.

3. Celebrate America at the Fort Carson Freedom Fest
What: Head down to Fort Carson for three days of fun to celebrate the American way of life! The Fort Carson Freedom Fest will have concerts, food, vendors, a carnival and, of course, a firework show to celebrate America! The fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. at Iron Horse Park.

4. Eagle Flight Days
What: In 1922, the county seat was stolen from Red Cliff and moved to Eagle. Since then, the City of Eagle has celebrated its “relocation” with the annual Flight Days event. Enjoy the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast, a parade down Broadway, the horseshoe tournament, concerts, a carnival and more.
