If you’re a Starbucks fan, you’re likely well aware of their “secret menu.” While it’s not a real menu, fans and baristas have developed dozens of drinks that can be made with ingredients at the coffee chain, posting the ordering instructions online for all to enjoy.

There was the unicorn frappuccino in 2017, then the Cinderella latte in 2019 and just last month, a ‘“Ghostbusters” frappuccino and candy corn frappuccino. And now that the holidays are approaching, there is a Christmas-inspired drink to get your hands on: a Santa Claus frappuccino!

This frappuccino is red, white and, of course, has Christmas sprinkles. As always when ordering a secret menu item, you’ll have to give the barista specific substitution instructions since the drink isn’t actually on the menu.

So, what does a Santa Claus frappuccino taste like? You can see exactly how to order it on Totally the Bomb‘s website, but it’s basically a vanilla bean frappuccino with strawberry puree, so the look of the drink is more holiday-inspired than the taste.

Fueled By Munchies posted the drink’s ordering instructions on Facebook last year right around this time, showing that this is a returning favorite from the secret menu.

If you’d rather order a festive drink off the actual menu, you can now: Starbucks’ holiday drinks and cups have returned and will be around through the holiday season.

If you’re looking for a classic holiday flavor, the peppermint mocha is back for its 18th year. Made with Starbucks signature espresso, steamed milk, sweet mocha sauce and peppermint-flavored syrup, it’s topped off with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.

Or, you can instead order the caramel brulee latte, toasted white chocolate mocha, chestnut praline latte or eggnog latte, which is made with steamed eggnog and espresso. It is topped off with a dusting of ground nutmeg.

There are also four new holiday cup designs, all with the theme “Carry the Merry,” an invitation to enjoy the little moments of brightness around you. The green, red and white designs feature polka dots, stars and even a pattern inspired by Christmas sweaters.
