Teen who created the 'Floss' joins Alfonso Ribeiro in suing Fortnite over dance moves

Russell Horning, known as the Backpack Kid, is now suing the makers of Fortnite because of the game using a dance he created called the "Floss."

The mother of the 16-year-old from Georgia is who filed the lawsuit Monday, The Daily Mail reports.

Horning is the second person to file a lawsuit against Epic Games over dance moves it has used in the games. Actor Alfonso Ribiero of "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" filed two lawsuits against Epic for its use of "the Carlton" dance moves in the games.

The suits name Fortnite developer Epic Games Inc., and Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., creator of the NBA 2K series, and several of its subsidiaries.
