Denver's Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to check out a place that you worried was out of your price range.For the fixed price of $52.80 for two, or $26.40 for one, you can get a multi-course dinner from hundreds of local restaurants. That does not including tax or gratuity.Nearly 300 restaurants are taking part in 2012. Many are already booked through Open Table, according to Pat Miller, the Gabby Gourmet.Her tips for getting a reservation:
Call the restaurant directly (they may have extra spots not posted on Open Table)
Try the bar (sometimes there are last-minute cancellations or they may serve you the fixed-price meal)

Tostaditas: Two mini crispy corn tortillas, served with our made-to-order guacamole. Served with fresh Pico de Gallo and chopped lettuce.
Ceviche: Shrimp, bay scallops, and tilapia, lime marinated and mixed with a spicy broth, crisp jicama, diced cucumber, red bell peppers, and onions. Served with warm tortilla chips.

Chuleta Al Pastor: A savory marinated, seasoned rubbed pork chop, grilled to perfection and served with grilled pineapple, creamed corn, and seasoned sweet potato fries.
Chile Relleno: A large poblano pepper stuffed with a blend of three Mexican cheeses, egg battered and baked. Served on our original ranchero and cream sauces with Mexican Rice and Refritos.
Paella Sevilla: Saffron Rice with Chicken, Chorizo, Calamari, Mussels, Shrimp, and Crab. Garnished with Tomatoes, Peas, and Green Olives. Our Paella is seasoned with garlic, curry powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
Barbacoa And Bacon Tacos: Spiced rubbed and slow cooked Barbacoa and savory Bacon, served on fresh corn tortillas. Accompanied by fresh Onions, Cilantro and Lime Juice, a blend of Mexican Cheeses and our Homemade Cascabel Salsa. Served with Mexican Rice and Refritos.
