The COVID-19 pandemic is causing economic strife and many Coloradans are just one missed paycheck away from an empty dinner table. Hike to End Hunger is an opportunity to come together (virtually) as a community and take critical steps toward ending hunger in our state.

Denver7 is proud to support Hunger Free Colorado’s Hike to End Hunger June 12-14.

It’s easy to get involved. Simply sign up at www.HikeToEndHunger.org and pick a route in your neighborhood or a trail near your home and hike while maintaining social distance. The suggested participant donation is $10 per person, and all funds raised benefit Hunger Free Colorado and their mission of ending hunger in our state.

Hike to End Hunger participants can win prizes, “rep the cause” (by wearing event-branded clothing) and create personalized fundraising pages to help raise even more money to connect Coloradans to crucial food resources.
