DENVER - The NFL has decided to flex the schedule for the Denver Broncos' second matchup with the currently undefeated Kansas City Chiefs in week 13 of the season.
Instead of playing at 11 a.m. Mountain Time, the Dec. 1 game in Kansas City will start at 2:25 MT. It will be broadcast on CBS.
The New England Patriots and Houston Texans game will be moved into the earlier slot.
The NFL has already flexed the schedule of the first meeting between Denver and Kansas City, moving the Nov. 17 game from CBS' late national broadcast to Sunday primetime on NBC. The flexible scheduling rules do not allow the NFL to move an early game, like Dec. 1's, to the Sunday night slot.
Going into their Week 11 matchup, the Chiefs are undefeated and the Broncos have one loss.
