Denver police arrest 2 suspects after search; Lockdowns lifted at Manual High, 5 other schools

PD: 2 suspects fled stolen car, later caught

DENVER - Denver police have arrested two suspects who fled a stolen vehicle in north Denver on Friday morning.

During the search near 29th Avenue and Marion Street, six schools were placed on lockdown but the lockdowns were lifted before noon. The affected schools were Manual High School, Cole Arts and Science Academy, Denver Online High School, Justice High School, St. Elizabeth's School and Loyola Grade.

Denver police said one of the suspects was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants.
