Larimer County woman in critical condition after being shot, second recovering from assault

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. - One woman is in critical condition after being shot in the head and another is recovering after being assaulted.
According to John Schulz at the Larimer County Sheriff's Office, the shooting was reported at 10:45 p.m. Monday. Deputies were sent to the 400-block of Park Place Drive in unincorporated Larimer County, where they found the 24-year-old gunshot victim and the 56-year-old assault victim.
Raphael G. Ogaz-Montoya, 24, was arrested for two counts of assault and one count of domestic violence, Schulz said. He is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
