ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. - A custodian at Elizabeth Middle School confessed he tried to meet underage girls online, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office reported.

Michael A. Petramala, 53, had a court hearing Monday.

Petrmala was taken into custody Friday, Feb. 22, investigators said.

Petramala was using the internet and social media sites to try to meet with two girls under the age of 15, and had agreed to bring alcohol and lingerie, according to investigators.

Approximately 10 Elbert County Sheriff's Office units were involved in serving the warrant, making the arrest and searching Petramala’s house.

The Sheriff’s Office said members of the Elizabeth School district cooperated fully with the investigation and were helpful throughout the process.
