BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. - A driver pleaded not guilty to harassing cyclists in Boulder County after an investigation into a viral video.

The YouTube video shows a driver in an SUV slowly following two cyclists and honking repeatedly in Boulder County in September.

Colorado State Patrol identified the driver as James Ernst, 75.

Court records show Ernst pleaded not guilty to three charges on Nov. 14, involving aggressive driving.  One is for following a person in public, one is for driving too slowly, and the third is for improper honking.

The cyclists said they eventually slowed down to force the driver to pass them.
