LOVELAND, Colo. - A driver accused of shooting at another man's truck during a road rage incident in Loveland Tuesday morning faces eight felony counts.
Isaiah Shaw, 22, of Farmington, New Mexico, was allegedly one of two drivers in pickup trucks that were northbound on North Garfield Avenue around 6:50 a.m. According to Sgt. Mike Halloran, the two drivers were speeding, changing lanes and driving aggressively between the 4500 and 6400 blocks.
Shaw is accused of displaying a gun and firing one shot that struck the front of the other pickup. No one was injured, but that driver called police.
Shaw was booked into the Larimer County Jail on two counts of criminal attempted second-degree homicide, two counts of criminal attempted assault in the first degree, two counts of menacing, illegal discharge of a firearm and criminal mischief.
Halloran said the other driver, a 25-year-old from Longmont, was not charged.
