Littleton man arrested in sexual exploitation of a child case

LITTLETON, Colo. - A 28-year-old Littleton man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child, Littleton police said Wednesday.

Investigators from the Colorado Springs Police Department and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said they identified sexually exploitive material being shared and traded over the Internet.  The Internet Protocol address of the person was traced to an apartment in the 4900 block of S. Prince Court in Littleton, according to Commander Trent Cooper, Littleton Police Department.

A search warrant was served at the address on March 20, and 28-year-old Eric Phillip Beyer was taken into custody.  He's being held in the Arapahoe County Detention Center pending the filing of formal charges by the district attorney's office.
