DENVER - 14 inches of snow fell on Denver during February, pushing the Mile High City within four inches of the annual average.
Still, the drought continues and the worst conditions are in the eastern plains, which had the least amount of snowfall for the month.
Like Denver, the mountain snowfall remains below average. Our mountain snowpack ranges from 73-84 percent of normal.
March is the snowiest month of the year, however.
