Current temperatures in the upper 40s.Your 24/7 Synopsis: Slightly warmer-than-normal temperatures will be in place through the first of the weekend. Clouds will begin to build around the state Saturday afternoon as the next storm approaches. This front will bring some light snow to the mountains late Saturday. When the storm moves through the Front Range Sunday, temperatures will drop into the 40s. Only light rain and snow are expected Sunday night through Monday along the I-25 Corridor.METRO DENVER:Today: Mostly sunny with increasing clouds late in the day. Highs will be in the mid 50s. Tonight: Mostly clear skies with lows in the upper 20s. Sunday: Partly cloudy through the afternoon. Slight chance of light snow in the evening. High: Mid to upper 40s. Low: low to mid 20s. Monday: Mostly cloudy skies with a chance for rain and light snow. Highs will be in the low 40s with lows in the low 20s. Tuesday: Partly cloudy skies with highs around 50 degrees. Lows will be in the mid 20s. NORTHEASTERN PLAINS: Today: Mostly sunny with increasing clouds late in the day. Highs will be in the mid 50s.
