Your 24/7 Synopsis: The cold front that moved in early Thursday dropped temperatures about 30 to 40s degrees from earlier in the week. The chill will not last long however, as warmer and drier weather will return on Friday with 50s through the weekend.

METRO DENVER: Tonight: Gradual clearing and colder. Lows in the low 20s.
Friday: Mostly sunny and a little warmer. Highs in the upper 40s and low 50s. Lows in the mid 20s to low 30s.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and mild. Highs in the upper 50s and lows close to 30.
