Tropical Storm Jose

Jose was a short-lived tropical storm that formed out of a tropical wave on August 22nd over the Bay of Campeche, about 80 miles northwest of Veracruz, Mexico. It made landfall later that evening just north of Veracruz with maximum sustained winds of 50 MPH. Media reports attribute at least one death to Tropical Storm Jose.
