DENVER -- It's only the 2nd day of September, but it will already feel like fall across much of Colorado!A cold front will race through the state Thursday morning with breezy winds, but no precipitation. Temperatures will drop 15 degrees today with highs in the low 70s for the Front Range.Thursday night will be even cooler with partly cloudy skies and lows in the mid 40s.
Temperatures will rebound into the low 80s Friday and low 90s for the Labor Day weekend. Expect lots of sun and dry weather through Sunday. Isolated afternoon storms are still possible Monday.September is climatologically one of the driest months for Colorado.
