Warmer Weather Returns

Mild And Dry Weather Expected Early This Week

POSTED: 5:59 am MST November 9, 2009
UPDATED: 5:24 pm MST November 9, 2009

By fall standards, Monday has been a beautiful day.

Temperatures ran just a few degrees above average Monday afternoon, under mostly sunny skies.

The Denver Broncos will be hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers for Monday Night Football, and the forecast looks just about perfect.

Temperatures will be in the 50s at kickoff, but with clear skies you should expect a chilly night. Temperatures will drop through the 40s during the game.

For Tuesday and Veterans Day, a fairly strong southwesterly flow of air in the mid-levels will bring some warmth back to the area.

Temperatures will warm into the 60s for the middle of the week. Temperatures will cool down toward next weekend, with highs dropping into the 40s by Friday. There is a chance for an increase in clouds and some precipitation by late Thursday.
