Share Your Wx Pics With 7NEWS -- Feb. 2007

Please use the form below to upload your picture(s). In the photo caption field, be sure to tell us when and where you took the photo.

PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS

  • When taking a weather picture, try getting about 40 percent terrain and 60 percent sky as your subject.

  • Try taking pictures with a horizontal orientation instead of a vertical. Think of your television set if this is hard to visualize. In order to get a vertical picture on television we have to stretch it to fit the screen. In most cases this distorts the subject matter. You are still welcome to upload pictures with a vertical orientation, but we might not be able to make it work for television.

  • If you know how to size your pictures, the size we need for television is 720 X 486.
