DENVER – If you’re planning on taking E-470 this weekend, there’s a partial closure you need to be aware of before you take the road.
E-470 will be closing the southbound off-ramp to I-70 on Saturday, Dec. 3, from approximately 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Traffic will be detoured south to East 6th Parkway then north to I-70. Tolls will be waived only on the East 6th Parkway ramps during this detour. Tolls at all other locations, however, will not be waived.
The ramp is being closed to perform pavement and slab lifting of settled approach slabs at the off-ramp bridge over Smith Road
